Sena Premium Detailing & Tint ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

When you request a quote or a booking, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email, vehicle details, service address, preferred date and time, and any notes. We do not collect payment information through this website.

If you fill in the first step of our instant quote (your name, phone number and vehicle) and check the consent box, we save those details right away, even if you do not finish your booking, so we can follow up about that request. If you continue, we also save the services you choose.

We also record how you found us (for example, the page you landed on, the website that sent you, and ad campaign codes in the link you clicked) so we know which of our ads and listings work.

With each request, our servers also record your IP address, the type of device and browser you used, and an approximate city based on that IP address. We use them to stop spam and abuse and to keep a record of your consent.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and provide services, and communicate with you about your appointment. We do not sell your personal information.

Service Providers

A few trusted companies help us run this website and our business. They handle your information only to provide their service to us: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (our customer database), Zoho Mail (email), Web3Forms (backup delivery of form submissions), Google (analytics and advertising) and Microsoft Clarity (site usage analytics). Clarity does not record what you type in our forms.

Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

This website uses cookies and similar technologies from the following providers:

• Google Analytics and Google Ads measure visits and tell us when someone who clicked one of our ads requests a quote, books, calls or texts us. When you book, the email and phone number you typed may be sent to Google in hashed (scrambled) form so Google can match the booking to an ad click. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
• Microsoft Clarity shows us how visitors use our pages (clicks, scrolling) so we can improve them. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and control ad personalization at Google Ad Settings.

Communications Consent (TCPA)

By submitting our form (including the first step of the instant quote) and checking the consent box, you agree to be contacted by phone, text message (SMS), or email regarding your request. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text or by asking us to stop contacting you.

Data Retention

We keep your request information only as long as needed to serve you and for reasonable business records. The record of your communications consent (the text you agreed to, the date, and the IP address it came from) is kept even after the rest of your information is deleted, as proof of your consent.

If you do not finish your booking, the details saved from the first step are deleted automatically 30 days after your last change. If you finish it, they become part of your request.
